

4 years in the Making. Age 35 Height 5ft 9inch
I was fit before the first picture, but after an accident kept me out of the gym for over 3 years, I had to start from scratch.
The second picture is the result of 4 years of consistency and hard work. Big shoutout to my dietitian, and her husband, my trainer, a complete beast who pushed me beyond my limits.
My routine: **LPPU/L**, with MMA twice a week (mainly for cardio).
Nutrition-wise: high protein, carbs timed around workouts, and moderate fats.
