I need to get the police to give a stern warning to the kid and his family as they're now defaming my child as a revenge.

I dont want any greedy lawyers who will draggggg on matters just to get a fees. I cant even afford it.

How to give a bit of payment to police ( without any trouble ).directly to call the kid and his family and give them a bit of " police ka danda ' ?

Some kid was beating up my kid ( just

Because he lost a goal in football ) and when he told me, i asked that kid nicely to not beat my kid, please play nicely.

That kid then made a wrong video of my kid as revenge.

He locked my son for 2 hours in the playing room and said he wont let him out untill he took name of any girl and say he has crush on her.  After 2 hours my son finally said any name to just get out not knowing this nasty kid is recording him

He started blackmailing him that now if u tell ur mom iam beating u then i will tell her this and that and spread this video.

When i complained to that kid mom, she instead started blackmailing me herself also and started threatening me, she knows iam a single mom so she thought she could threaten me easily overpower me.

Honestly i was really scared for my safety so i went to police station,  they heard everything and they called that kid and his adult age elder brother came ( mother stays outside city ).

They admitted their mistake , apologised to me and my child and police said now end matter, dont press charges , leave it.

I was so shaken i didn't argue.

But next day when i was thiking i realised a few things ( hindsight is 20/20)

1. The mother / kids refused to send video on my phone, they said it was deleted but they showed it to police and its very much still there

2. The mother / kids refused to tell me her name even because she had threatened me, they just said surname.

3. They're spreading bad words about me ( as im single mom ) and telling other kids not to play with my son 😪

4. If any lawyer can help me pro bono , atleast call those people back to police station and get the mother's full name, a copy of the video and mention whichever sections they can be held liable for, a bit of scare on them. Then let them go as i dont have the capacity to get into litigation cases.

Thats it so atleast they dont feel alllllll super strong attacking a small kid of single mom.

Please help me somebody. All proof i have of what i have written, its all truth.

The space i have got to start the tailor./ boutique shop is on the ground floor of my building complex but its an open space ( covered on the roof as the building stands above) on the end of covered parking which was left unused

Making a wooden cabin with glass door will be expensive, i want to just make a diy sort of canopy there.

so if later i want to move to a better location then i can just wrap up the setup and move.

As the building roof is there , i need to just work around the sides to make it semi or fully enclosed and inside will sit a tailor with his machine and there will be some dresses hanging on a self standing rod and 1 metal cubord to store any dress supplies.
