I am thinking of living in palaspe phata on rent first for a few month before buying.
What are your thoughts on that area?
well, i've kind off bein around in panvel alone late at night like after 10 even 12:30 am. never really felt unsafe or smth. whats ur opinion on this? is it depended on the area or whole of panvel js seems to be not-so unsafe for the girlies at night
