Budget friendly cam?

Reason to use: just to record my rides if any accidents happen.

Not looking for anything fancy or video quality.

A phone isn't an option as of limited storage, plus I'm afraid it will break etc.

Any suggestions?

Should I see a doctor or wait more?

I had chronic pain with my left knee for over 10 years so I thought I'm used to knee pain, but apparently you never do.

Recently I had an injury with my right knee (the good knee).

I injured it back in March when I was squatting and lifting something (approximately 65lb). I did physical therapy for a month, it did help a bit/pain decreased.

Yet two weeks ago I believe I either reinjured it or aggravated/irritated it.. and the pain increased back.

Pain in inner knee when: Squatting is the worst, getting in/out of a car, climbing stairs, walking fast, just standing sometimes, changing directions while walking.

That day I was doing some PT exercises and I felt like clicking in my knee and directly pain increased (couldn't walk because of it). It's not swollen anymore but still limits my daily life activities, especially since I already have issues with my other knee.

I was thinking of seeing a doctor about it, because if I end up with chronic pain with both knees at least I want to know what's going on lol But it seems to be getting better when I rest and barely do anything, but when I do simple things pain worsens.

Clinic billed me after saying they accept Medicaid?

When I visited the clinic I had straight Medicaid and when I asked them if they take Medicaid they said yes.

Now I receive a bill and they tell me they DON'T take straight Medicaid, they take ONLY the McLaren Medicaid plan. I was confused because that wasn't what I was told and when I showed up my Medicaid card (not McLaren plan card) at my appointment again I wasn't told that they don't take it. And now they claim that wasn't the card on the file/ I showed :)

The funny thing is they waited for my follow-up visit and scanned my McLaren card to tell me about the bill and saying they didn't have any insurance on my file (denying I showed my Medicaid card at the first visit).

My appointment was: 11/25

McLaren's plan was active: 12/01

My question is: can I tell them to rebill the McLaren Medicaid plan as retroactive? What are my solutions?

I started a new office job (it's my first office job), and I noticed before that my monthly quality report was inaccurate, but I ignored it saying I'm still new I don't want to be this difficult employee etc.

However, in this month's report again there was something inaccurate, but this time it is hard for me to pass it for two reasons: 1) there is no data at all (in the activity history) that I did this change. And yet in the report it says I made an incorrect change!!

  1. In the record/history three people comment on this error that allegedly I made it, like no one of them checked the activity history or what(?)

I mean in my first report I made a partial mistake there so that's why I didn't give it much attention.

So now I'm torn, part of me saying it's fine let's pass it and I don't want to be difficult or give a negative impression. But the other part of me saying, if I keep silent every time when something is inaccurate this will affect my performance and I will be fine with bigger things, I should show that I do notice these details and they matter for me.

Any advice would be appreciated!

I do focus on details as I worked as proofreader for over a decade (not in English language obviously lol)

I just want to have answers that explain my pain. I know sometimes there won't be any answer... But not even trying to find an answer is what makes me frustrated.

All of my chronic pain is the result of an injury in one way or another, and I get injured so easily... Recently I injured my right knee just from lifting the groceries cart. I already have chronic pain with my left knee (for over 12 years now), but at least I know what's wrong with it. My right knee I have zero idea what's going on and why it's painful! It's all guessing and nothing confirmed... The doctor sent me to PT with minimal improvement, I want to go back and ask for imaging.. I want to know what's going on, this is the least I can do if I end up in two knees pain.

I don't have a good history with my doctor (PCP), they once refused to order an MRI for my neck even though I had a lot of symptoms (ended up having a lot of issues with my neck). They sent me to the rheumatologist and they ordered that. I told my rheumatologist about my knee pain/injury but they seemed careless, they even said to go back to my PCP in some point.

A bus driver was arguing with me while I was trying to explain to him I can get my thing on the bus. While he was talking he said 'do you understand English?'

I found that so odd to say because obviously I do as I am speaking English!

I'm not sure what that is called? Can we call it a racist thing to say? Is there a better term? Because I find racist a bit extreme here.

Yes he did say it in a way of insulting, it was so obvious in his tone+body language. And when I was trying again to tell him he said 'please stop' and put his hand on my face like to stop talking (wasn't too clos though). I got offended and I said calmly 'could you please stop being rude?'. I wasn't interrupting him or anything, he was just too dismissive I don't know why.

At the end he was wrong and I was right after he asked the bus station, I told him 'Thank you, and by the way I understand English'. I can't imagine how he feels afterward😅
