sent a message to customer about a substitution since the item they wanted wasn’t in stock. They gave me their substitution and I replied back nice choice. I really like those a lot. They messaged back if I needed your opinion I would ask for it. I replied back. I apologize for any offense, I’ll be there shortly to deliver your order. I get a notification today from the app that I have an incident report from a store or customer over an alleged unprofessional incident. 😂 cold.
