I’ve been planning to cover north east for a long time. Had Meghalaya on mind for a long time but just saw May end might be the start of Monsoon and some places might be muddy, and Dawki might not be the good time to visit. Sikkim, however is being recommended for this time period. What do you suggest?

Been going to the gym regularly for 5 years now. I believe I train quite good, till failure, and can see my strength increasing gradually. But I am unable to see any good muscle definition and have not put on significant muscle mass. What am I doing wrong?
People around me notice the hardwork and discipline I put in, and they same the same that by now I should have had a decent physique. What am I doing wrong?
Started multivitamins, fish oil, magnesium but din’t see visible results, got my testosterone and male hormones tests done. Free T around 11, Total T around 750, attaching screenshots of my physique and test results. I hit 100gm+ protein on most days. But why am I not seeing results. Please help, frustrated now.
