My wife and I are planning to stay in Meghalaya for about a month and are looking for a peaceful homestay setup.

What we’re looking for:

• Private, clean room
• Home-cooked meals (veg preferred, flexible)
• Strong, reliable WiFi (we’ll be working a bit)
• Quiet, scenic location (mountains/nature/offbeat preferred)
• Safe and welcoming environment for a couple
• Open to monthly pricing / long-stay discounts

We’re more into slow living than sightseeing just want a calm place to settle in, explore locally, and experience the culture.
