Does AU accepts External grades like ECAT or NET for admissions, besides NTS and AU’s CBT for BSC cybersecurity programs?

I have a question, Is cybersecurity from Air University or from Comsats better than doing Chemical Engineering or Environmental Engineering from NUST?
Or “Nust is Nust” syndrome is the thing.
