I don't think it's LotR as no character ever steals eggs from an eagle, also it looks more like a griffin than anything. any ideas?

they're building something where the old red lobster used to be, my girlfriend is convinced its an outback steak house because of the design on it, but I can't imagine them building a new one of those in 2026
