I know everyone is jumping on the 'Dave' hype train from the Logbook, but it doesn't hold up when you look at the narrative Scott has built.

The Real Jake Parallel: In Fazbear Frights, we have a CC-clone whose father is literally named Evan and has a brother named Michael who is so invoked in his work he even acts "NON-HUMAN". That's a direct lore pointer.

Biblical Pattern: Michael, Elizabeth... Evan fits the naming scheme. 'Dave' is already William's alias in the novels—Scott wouldn't create that confusion in the same family.

The 1970s Link: In my full timeline (coming soon), the Evan-to-Gregory connection is what actually explains how the Afton legacy bleeds into the modern Mimic/Ruin era.

The Logbook solve is a stretch, the Jake/Evan parallel is a narrative fact. Which one sounds more like Scott?

Stop forcing 'Dave' and look at the actual story parallels, they exist for a reason.

Hi everyone! I’ve spent the last few years deep-diving into the lore, trying to connect the dots between the Fazbear Frights stories and the main game timeline. I’m finally in the home stretch of writing it all down.
To give you a taste of what I’m working on, my theory specifically explores how Evan (The Crying Child) becomes Gregory which bridges the gap between the 1970s Secret of the Mimic era and the events of Security Breach.
It’s going to take me a few more weeks to format the full timeline and all the easter eggs into one big post, but I’d love to hear your thoughts on what's coming up while I finish it up. Can't wait to share the full thing with you all soon!
