Co-op RTS games like SC2 Commander / DoW2 Last Stand?

Title. Lately, I've been losing interest in playing PvP games in general, not just in RTS, and have mostly been playing skirmish and co-op in games that support them. For me, the height of co-op in RTS is Starcraft 2's Commander mode and Dawn of War 2's Last Stand mode, due to how I can gain XP, level up my characters, and create a unique build. Are there any other RTS games with co-op, ideally with public matchmaking and an active playerbase, so I can just jump in and stomp bots with random pubbies?

To be clear, co-op CAMPAIGNS, like in DoW2's singleplayer and Command and Conquer: Red Alert 3, are NOT what I'm looking for. Those are cool and fun, but they're clearly designed for long-term play rather than quick pick-ups; none of my friends are interested in RTS games (they mostly play RPG's) and I don't want to commit to meeting up with people in Steam Groups. I want to be able to jump in, play a few matches, then hop to something else.

How do I launch a Steam game to the Library, rather than directly into the game?

Title. I accidentally bought the "unlock Extra Content" DLC for Resident Evil 8 way back when because it was in a bundle, but now that I'm actually playing it I want to unlock things normally. Disabling the DLC in the Steam library works, but the catch is that GFN automatically reenables the DLC, AND launches the game as soon as I click Play, preventing me from disabling it again.

How do I either A: disable the DLC permanently and prevent GFN from reenabling it, or B: launch into the Library, rather than directly into the game, so I can turn the DLC off then launch the game.

And yes, I tried many permutations of this question in Google, but all I ever got was questions about why a given DLC isn't working, not about how to intentionally disable a specific DLC.

So, I saw an advertisement for Caribbean cruises in the grocery store today, and it made me realize that I've actually played a few games with cruise ships lately. The S.S. Literally Can't Sink from A Hat in Time: Seal the Deal, and the Queen Zenobia from Resident Evil: Revelations. The first was cheery despite being in rough condition, while the latter was basically a survival-horror haunted-mansion on the high seas. It's a curious feeling, being confined to an opulent, multilevel cruise ship.

Are there any other games you can think of that have good cruise ships, either an individual level or the whole game? I enjoy action-RPG's, horror games, 3D platformers, roguelikes, and most importantly strategy games of all types.

In the category of "things that outperformed crypto", ruthlessly engaging in "real world trading" in Old School Runescape, a popular retro MMO, would've made you more money than Ethereum. We're STILL early.

The funny thing is, coal actually IS a useful base commodity in Runescape, since smelting metal bars consumes coal in increasingly large quantities at high levels, while the supply of coal is continuously replenished by players training mining.
