Hi all I was playing expedition 33 and was checking out the graphics.
If I run high instead of normal will it impact my laptop overtime? The temperature isnt getting too hot on high but is there anything else that can reduce my pcs life if I choose high graphics instead of normal or low.
Also how does a framerate cap benefit me?
I have a lenovo loq 15 rtx 4050 Intel i7 for reference if that helps.

Hi i recently bought a lenovo loq 15.
Which mode should I run for it? Some are telling me performance while others are telling me balance. Also what is the ideal temperature? How do i measure the temperature properly and how do I keep it cool. Pls help me guys this is my first gaming laptop.
