Hi guys I came across a 40 yr old 1bhk with Car Park for Sale on Lavelle Road, Bangalore.

The owner claims it’s a distress sale , quoting 1.1cr and the current rental is 50-60k (verified)

Should I go for it? I am hoping it goes on redevelopment within the next 10-15 years.
Surprisingly the bank is willing to fund as well..
Let me know what you think..

I plan to purchase and let it out on rent..

Hi, I have a Sole Proprietor Trading company and have been running it for 10+ years now. No debt and the business is comfortable with an annual turnover of 5+ cr.

At what stage should I convert it to private ltd and what should be my estimated turnover to make it a pvt ltd. Will I have any particular benefit by making this change.

It’s a small company with 2 staff and myself handling the operations with primary business through a sub dealer network that is quite efficient and strong.

Need advice on how I can take things to a better level, I am not looking for investors or partners and honestly am comfortable with the YOY growth. Many friends advice that a pvt ltd has tax advantages etc but since its a small team I am dealing with , quite apprehensive about the compliance tasks.
