Hi everyone, I'm looking for some anatomical or positional advice. I (30M) have a very high erection angle, my penis points significantly upward toward my stomach.
The Problem: Whenever I try to penetrate, the tip hits the labia/pubic bone and buckles at the base because it’s not aligned with the canal. If I try to manually bend it down to a 90-degree angle to enter, I feel a sharp tightness/tension at the base of the penis.
What I've Tried: We tried pillows under my partner's hips to meet the angle, but it made the geometry more confusing and actually increased the difficulty.
Medical Status: I’ve seen a doctor; they confirmed there is no plaque or Peyronie’s, so it seems to be purely a matter of ligament tension and positioning.
Has anyone with a high pointer found specific positions or furniture (wedges/ramps) that solve this? I’m specifically curious about that tightness at the bas, is this a suspensory ligament issue, and can it be stretched or managed?
