Erection is fine, but zero sensitivity inside the vagina. Is it nerve or muscle related?

Hi everyone, I m struggling with a weird issue and hoping to find some insight from those who experienced something similar.

I have no problem getting a full erection and I stay aroused throughout the process. However, the moment my penis enters the vagina, I lose almost all physical sensation. There is no good feeling, no tingling, and no pleasure it just feels empty, like I m entering thin air or my own hand.

I’ve read about Pelvic Floor Dysfunction (PFD), but I don't have the typical symptoms like pain, pelvic stiffness, or bladder issues (my urination is normal). I’m wondering if it’s possible to have a tight pelvic floor that only affects the pudendal nerve or sensitivity without causing any physical pain.

Or could this be Death Grip syndrome from past habits?

I would love to hear from anyone who has successfully regained their sensitivity. What worked for you? Was it specific stretches, Pelvic PT, or taking a break from masturbation/porn?

Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Help me understand what would be the problem here?

Here's a little background to my story: I'm a 30 y.o. male & I do my workouts 4 days a week & 10k steps every day burning around 600-700 calories each day! Cardio & exercise wise I'm doing okay I think. I eat home cooked food & just eat outside once a week (no fried food). I used to masturbate almost everyday to sleep coz that's the only way I could sleep better. But I've stopped doing that since the last 6 months & just do it once a week. I have some troubles getting a sound sleep (waking up 2 times at night). I've done all my blood work & everything looks good. My T levels are in 320-350 range.

I don't have any problems maintaining erections while having oral sex. However, when I start wearing condom for penetrative sex, I go soft. I use skyn condoms & have tried durex ,lifestyle & trojan brands & it happens with all of them. I've tried taking bluechew & even that doesn't help. This issue is quite frustrating & I don't know what's the solution for it. I can't try having it without condoms as I'm bisexual & don't want to get any STDs. I'm average sized down there (5*4.5). Every time I try having penetrative sex, I go soft. Has anyone encountered this before? If yes, how did you get out of it?

Do i need human genetic?

Since puberty, there has been a lack of genital development, particularly of the penile shaft, with persistent erectile dysfunction. No discernible penile development occurred during or after puberty; compared to early childhood images (at age 4), it remains unchanged. Even in adolescence, there were no spontaneous/morning erections, and erectile function was significantly impaired.

Despite reportedly high androgen levels in adolescence (including DHT levels even above the reference range at age 17), I have not observed any changes in the genital area.

Additionally, I have a small testicular volume of 11 ml bilaterally and subtle gynecomastia.

I experience pronounced erectile dysfunction, which is also positional (both standing and lying down), with rapid loss of firmness/rigidity. PDE5 inhibitors (sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil) have had virtually no relevant effect.

Relevant medical history:

In 2024, I underwent cosmetic penile reconstructive surgery with fat transfer/fat augmentation and severing of the suspensory ligament (optical lengthening).

However, the symptoms had been present long before this surgery.

Question: Could it be somethink it the AR-Receptor.

I may also have hypermobility/connective tissue laxity, which is why I'm wondering if a connective tissue-functional component could also be involved.

Diagnoses: ADHD, Scheuermann's disease.

My sister has endometriosis and

Ptosis (drooping eyelid) since birth + amblyopia on this eye.

Note regarding the 2026 blood test:

Testosterone enanthate 250 mg once every two weeks and hCG Brevactid 2 x 1500 IU per week (3000 IU per week) were administered for approximately five months. The test was performed two weeks after discontinuing the medication.

what i noticed is : estrogen and shgb have been staying allways over the period of 10y+ the same even with this huge hcg amount of hcg . and with 17 i had low normal testo and kinda aggro dht conversation.

a basic urologost just says its all normal and psychological, since i know this problems exist. maybe it doesnt fit the cutoff for mikropenis. (before surgery)it is 4 cm flaccid and very thin like a marble ball does it look

there is some developement issues since it looks 1 :1 still the same like i was a small child.. should i seek a endo or university human genetic?

Testicular pain that comes and goes (18M)

I’m 18 and I’ve had testicular discomfort for about 3–4 days now. The pain isn’t constant, it comes and goes, and sometimes switches between left and right.

Sometimes I also feel a bit of discomfort in my leg. There’s no swelling, and everything else seems normal.

This started after frequent sexual stimulation, so I’m wondering if it could be related (like irritation or muscle tension).

It feels like it’s slightly improving, but not consistently.

Has anyone experienced something like this?

Thanks for the advice

Hey y’all. This is a throwaway but I’ve got a question…

So, I’m 38. Even a year ago, I used to cum a lot when I did. Nowadays it’s difficult for me to get fully hard and when I cum, it’s just a little dribble. I just started dating a new girl and she’s being very patient but I’m super self conscious about it. Has anybody been in this same situation? Is there anything I can do?

Suggestion after tests came negative for STD but still have symptoms: shoukd I take ciprofloxacin?

- Unprotected sex last week of March. I was insertive/top partner.

- White discharge from penis by 6 April.

- I got tested for chlamydia, trichomoniasis, and Gonorrhoea on the 7th. Tests all came back negative on the 9th.

- because I was leaving on a 11 days trip on the 10th of April, I went to another emergency sexual health clinic right before taking the plane.

- they tested for clam and gono, and gave me an injection and a a 7-days course of doxy.

- throat swab and urine tests all came back *negative*, again.

- symptoms cleared 6-7 days later, so by April 17.

- symptoms came back yesterday on the 23, I have a small white discharge.

- during my trip I had a dry cough which was a leftover from a small cold, which was made worst by the constant air conditioning during the trip.

- because of the persistant dry cough, during my trip my mom gave me ciprofloxacin. She said it was given by her doctor as a “fix-all” solution if she’s sick when travelling.

- I did NOT take it.

- now I’m considering taking it, since the STD symptoms are back.

Any thoughts?

Thank you.
