I guess, my X4 is also dead on arrival...
Unboxed my X4 this morning and was so excited to finally try it. But it wouldn't turn on after charging, so I tried every fix from other threads, nothing helped. Then I put it in the magnetic case for 5 minutes, took it out, and the screen looked like this. The lines are getting darker by the minute. Already reached out to support, waiting to hear back. I wonder how many devices are affected?
