

Phone suddenly unable to pair with pump
Using iPhone 17 and have a newer 780g. I've had good connection from when I got the pump up until about an hour ago.
Pump lost connection with phone (unsure why), and is suddenly unable to reconnect. I get as far as the pairing screen (as shown) but then pump says "device not found".
I've tried restarting the phone, and have followed all instructions in the app regarding disconnecting phone and pump. I've tried to connect them ten or more times and have only gotten this far.
What should be my next move?
UPDATE: I have deleted and reinstalled app, I have re-set the network settings on my phone, and I have tried a different phone. None of these have worked. Wish me luck y'all :(
