The actual briefing sequence is going to be like the classic Strangereal-based Ace Combat games, where it starts with the mission title, followed by a FMV cutscene showing the briefing screen with voiceover, and a mission map showing you, your allies, and enemies.
We could be getting briefing sequence rendered fully in-engine where you can look around the room, just like in Assault Horizon, before it goes straight to aircraft selection sequence.
The first portion of the briefing sequence could be presented like in Assault Horizon where you can look around the room, followed by a mission map screen like in classic Ace Combat games where you can see you, your allies, and the expected enemies and targets.
