Is it normal to feel generally unwell during treatment?

I'm on my 2nd tray and my teeth themselves don't really bother me that much but I've had an overall feeling of fatigue, malaise, and getting constant and medication-resistant headaches the past several days.

I guess it could be unrelated but I don't have any respiratory symptoms as if I'm getting a cold/flu so idk.

Small background is that I have something like $40k worth of collectible coins and I'm simultaneously losing interest in the hobby and also trying to take my retirement more seriously. Right now I just put 10% into my 401k but I was thinking about opening a Roth IRA and selling a few of my coins to just max it out for the year. I've had apprehensions about the stock market in the past but watching it just go straight up for the past several years I'm ready to just go all in at this point.

I like the roth IRA in particular because I can withdraw the money without penalty if I need to although obviously I would prefer to just leave it in there until retirement age.

I make exactly $37.94 per hour which after all taxes and deductions comes out to just over $2k bi-weekly.

I've written a rough budget:

Rent 1465

Utilities 200

Internet 70

Phone 55

Car Insurance 78

gas (car) ~100

Orthodontist payment 300

Surgery debt payment 127

Groceries/personal hygiene/toiletries 400

dining out 200

entertainment 200

total - $3,195

On paper I should be able to say $800 every month but I don't know how to properly account for the type of stuff that just pops up all the time, like I just had my water pump on my car go bad and that was almost $500 to get fixed (car is only 6 years old too I don't recommend Kia tbh). I basically saved nothing this month after paying for that. I had to get new tires a few months ago. Thankfully I won't have to get tires again for several years now but still, that wiped out my budget for that month too.

I'm on a payment plan for braces (medically necessary not cosmetic) and I'm also making interest free payments on a surgery I had last year that cost $2k after insurance. I know it will get a little easier once this is paid off but even an extra $400 doesn't feel like a ton of breathing room in my budget.

I just don't understand how I'm living basically paycheck to paycheck on $80k gross salary. I put 10% and get 5% match on my 401k. Lowering 401k contribution is really not an option I want to even entertain. I guess the other option is to cut out food and entertainment but I can't believe I'm at that point when I make decent money :\

I sent my aquaracer for a service through a boutique at the mall and they told me expect around 2 weeks for someone to reach out to me with a price estimate. That was on March 9th so over 7 weeks ago. I've never received any kind of communication from them, it's starting to make me a little worried that they even have my watch.

I've tried calling them like 10 times at this point and they just straight up don't have anyone answering the phone there. You just sit on hold for 20 minutes and then they hang up on you. Bizarre.

Just wondering because I’ve seen people claim they get pretty generous differentials like 25% for night shift. I get a flat $3/hr for 2nd shift and it hasn’t been adjusted even for inflation since I started over 6 yrs ago. I feel like $3/hr is almost insultingly low at this point.
