For those of you that carry appendix, what do you do with the buckle? It seems like you have to slide it inconveniently far to one side, even when you carry the pistol a bit off center.

Serious question. I feel like the cold war era conflict in Rhodesia comes up more often than it should when people talk about guns and tactics. Gun peeps express interest in the tactics, the camo patterns, the guns like the FAL. But it was a minor conflict in a little part of the world... Right? So are these people likely just interested in the conflict for questionable reasons or were there things about that conflict that make it legitimately, very interesting from a military history perspective?
