9 months sober from alcohol. One month sober from weed after a relapse. These waves of depression hit so much harder and it's draining. I still push myself to workout and go for walks but I feel like I'm dragging my body through everything. I would like to sleep for a very very very long time. An enternal slumber. I just don't see the point in living or creating a life for myself. Especially without my ex, but I broke her heart and trust. I'll try to enjoy my coffee and push through another day. Wishing the best to all of you.
