A few days ago I posted here because my business account got suspended out of nowhere on May 12, 2026. No warning. No specific reason. Just a cold message saying my account “doesn’t follow Community Standards on account integrity. That account was everything, years of work, credibility, community. Seeing it gone overnight genuinely broke me. the in-app appeal page crashed every single time for 4 days straight, and every support page threw errors. I couldn’t sleep, I was losing clients, and the worst part was feeling completely invisible with no way to even fight back for something I’d worked so hard to build. Tried to contact meta verified support many times, tried to contact them through 3 verified accounts but the same errors popping up. But then The only thing that actually worked was contacting the Meta Grievance Officer through their formal contact form and following up every 24–36 hours with a persistent but professional email. And today, Meta reviewed my account, admitted they got it wrong, and reinstated me. If you’re stuck in the same nightmare, skip the broken appeal button and go straight to the Grievance Officer, it saved my account.

Here’s the one major problem i am facing with my business account on instgram. I woke up on 12 may and open my phone, and meta suspended my business instagram account. Where i run my business. First it took me 1.5days + 3 devices to make appeal on meta because meta video kyc is full of bugs, i record my self and submit, after few minutes it reverts back to video kyc again. But finally i did kyc but it’s still in pending from last days and when i am trying to connect with meta support through verified account, i fill all details and when i click‘connect with agent’ and it popups ‘something went wrong’. And again try to connect with agent, it says ‘you have reached to chat limit’. Hell, when I haven’t contacted with agent than how my limit is reached?. Okay, secondly I bought meta verification on other account to connect with meta agent, now it’s showing that chat support page is not available. What the hell meta doing. It’s too much frustrating and main thing i am loosing my clients, and it’s hurting my finances. Anyone facing similar issues or if someone recovered their account? It would be appreciated if anyone can help me to get rid of it.
