I’ve recently found that taping (with KtTape) with a binder on top gives me a perfect bind. I’ve been doing this for the past couple of days, and have had no pain or discomfort. However, I’ve seen people online saying that it is dangerous, and to never wear both tape and a binder.
Should I stop? Or should I just monitor my level of discomfort and stop if it becomes uncomfortable?
