VIT vs Heritage

I got around 42k rank in VIT. I will probably get mechanical or mechatronics (Cat 1/2) in Vellore or at the least chennai. I do have wbjee but want to keep the option open for VIT. I don't have domicile so state gov colleges are out of options only JU or CU possible. That too if I score 110+. My parents are insisting to take heritage if I don't get JU or CU.

What should I do? Should I go for VIT mech or Heritage Probably ECE or CSE as I am getting around 60+ in mocks which is good enough for that HIT ECE.

Teacher used to n*de me as punishment

This is a story of mine when I was in my 1st/2nd grade. I used to go to tuition classes where juniors and seniors of other classes also attended. There was this woman in mid 20s who used to teach us. Whenever we don't do our homework, or score badly in tests, or do any problem, she used to force the students (only boys) to undress themselves fully n\*de not even underwear and stand in front of everyone to embarrass themselves. I faced this punishment 2 times as much as I remember and that incident sticks with me till date.

When I was in my 2nd grade, i remember there was this 1st grade junior who literally cried for days as he got bullied for being n\*de in school.

That incident has planted social anxiety in me and till today i can't really speak to people in public without having my heart beat like crazy or without stuttering.

All the students and parents thought it was normal until very recently i remembered that incident and found how horrifying it is for young souls. She doesn't teach anymore (married) but whoever she did, in some way or other she planted a poison in them.

Currently I am 18, and I don't know what to do.

How should I suppress my social anxiety from that incident?

How should I suppress my social anxiety and fear from that incident?
