Can't stop laughing in sessions: why?
It's so embarrassing. I've always kinda done this with uncomfortable conversations: I'll just start smiling and laughing.
But omg in sessions it's much worse. I literally can't stop myself from smiling and laughing when I'm talking about my worst traumas and stuff.
My therapist said it might be because I'm depressed and want to show everyone "im fine, look at me smiling" and maybe??? It's just weird I can't control it, I even try to stop smiling and my face won't let me.
Do other people do this? It's uncontrollable and feels so weird and I hate it 😭😭
