Just got a brand new Lena Cup, and, it has a mouthwash/minty smell right out of the box? Is that...normal from this brand? Did anybody else get/experience this with theirs?

I'm sure washing it beforehand will help get rid of that but this is odd to me. So, I'm wondering if this has happened before to any of you.

Ordered an HSV swab kit 10 days ago, got both a text and email saying my results were ready/had a secure message on their site, but I can't view that (or anything else except Account Settings or Shop) without being prompted to upload/submit my ID.

Sent an email saying that I won't be sending my ID since- as per the prompt itself- it's for prescribing medication purposes and I simply put don't want or NEED medications from Wisp. I just wanna see my results. (The exact quote sentence I sent back to them from that very prompt was this: "In order to be compliant with your state's telehealth regulations, we need to verify your identity prior to prescribing medication.")

Got a response back (after ALREADY "verifying my identity" by sending my full name, phone, and date of birth) doubling down on how the ID is necessary for basically security/safety but with an added "it's ALSO for viewing results AS WELL AS prescribing medication" (exact quote in email is "The photo of your ID is to prove that it's you and that you're checking your results and buying medication on behalf of yourself - just as you would with any FDA-regulated US pharmacy.") when that's just not true due to the site's actual prompt stating it's purely for med supply. Seems suspicious to me to switch it up when somebody has issue with it.

However, of course, now that I had sent an email complaining about it, when I now go to get a screenshot of that same prompt to show here, I'm instead being met with a simple "Error occurred - please refresh or contact support" which is ALSO highly suspicious to me.

Not sure what to do here. I paid for the kit, sent it back for testing, and do not want to upload my ID since I feel like that's unnecessary due to not needing medications. Maybe I'm in the wrong but this whole thing just doesn't...feel right.

I had taken screenshots of the emails to share here for further details/to help my case but see that no pics of any kind are allowed, so, unsure what to do there as well. Wondering if uploading to Imgur with links in the comments or in the post would be allowed or not. If any mods can confirm or deny if that'd be a good idea, that'd be very helpful.
