27M | Tamil | Scheduled Caste | ML Engineer | ₹75 LPA base | Looking for a serious, emotionally mature partner

Hi everyone,

I’m a 27-year-old Tamil guy from a Scheduled Caste background, currently working as a Machine Learning Engineer in Bangalore. Professionally, I’m in the AI/ML space, working on large-scale recommendation systems, user personalization, computer vision, and applied AI products. My current base compensation is around ₹75 LPA.

I come from a grounded middle-class background and have worked hard to build my career. I value ambition, education, financial stability, and personal growth, but I also strongly believe that kindness, emotional maturity, and mutual respect matter far more in a long-term relationship.

A little about me:

I’m someone who is romantic, expressive, and emotionally available. I like meaningful conversations, movies, theatre experiences, travel, fitness, cricket, beaches, mountains, and spontaneous plans. I enjoy building things, learning deeply, and I’m quite passionate about my work, but I also try to make space for relationships and family.

I would describe myself as a mix of ambitious and soft-hearted — career-focused, but also someone who values warmth, loyalty, and emotional safety. I’m not looking for something casual. I’m looking for a serious relationship that can lead to marriage if we are compatible.

I’m looking for someone who is:

  • Emotionally mature and kind
  • Educated and career-oriented, or at least passionate about something meaningful
  • Open-minded and respectful
  • Comfortable with inter-caste or SC background
  • Family-oriented but not overly conservative
  • Someone who believes in communication rather than ego games
  • Preferably Tamil / South Indian, but I’m open if values align

Caste-wise, I’m from a Scheduled Caste background and I’m mentioning it upfront because I don’t want to hide something important. I’m proud of where I come from, and I would prefer someone who respects that without prejudice.

I’m based in Bangalore currently, but open to relocation or long-distance initially if there is genuine compatibility.

If this resonates with you, feel free to DM. Happy to share more details privately.

RPO notice about old passport NOC sent 15 days before father’s retirement — need legal advice

Hi everyone,

need legal/practical guidance regarding my father’s passport issue in Tamil Nadu, RPO Madurai.

My father is a government employee and is retiring this month. His passport was issued in 2023. At the time of applying, he submitted an NOC issued by his department/office, and the passport was issued after the NOC was accepted.

Later, the department/staff who issued the NOC apparently realized that they should not have issued it / needed more clarity because of his seniority situation. They raised this issue with the Passport Office.

He hasnt travelled anywhere with the passport, I made him apply for the passport as i wanted to take my parents on a foriegn trip

Timeline:

  • March 2023: Passport was issued.
  • 2023: RPO sent two notices regarding clarification on NOC/passport-related documents.
  • We later visited RPO. They told us the timeline for the old notices had expired and asked us to come again after they issue a fresh notice.
  • Now, a fresh notice has been sent around 15 days before my father’s retirement, which feels concerning because of the timing.
  • They have mentioned, if we fail to visit the office, they will revoke the passport.

My questions:

  1. If the department itself issued the NOC and later says it should not have been issued, can my father be blamed?
  2. Since the passport was already issued in March 2023, can RPO now block, impound, or revoke it only because the department later raised doubts?
  3. Does the delay/timing matter legally, since the issue is being revived almost three years later and just before retirement?
  4. Can this passport/NOC issue affect his retirement processing, as the timelines are suspicously close?
  5. If RPO blocks/impounds/revokes the passport, what is the appeal process, will it affect future applications?

Would appreciate advice from lawyers or anyone who has handled passport NOC issues for government employees.
