I recently asked how I should be brewing oolongs grandpa-style and a few people said that grandpa-style might not be ideal. Which tea(s) would you say work well grandpa-style?

Im assuming heichas (including both raw and ripe puer), some white teas (aged and/or compressed), and maybe red (black) teas?

Im assuming most teas are best brewed gongfu-style?

Edit: I saw some green teas that seem good for grandpa-style brewing on ort.

how have green teas brewed grandpa-style worked for you? Im assuming cooler water should be used?

Im currently subscribed to the w2t tea club and Im considering switching and/or subscribing to another one and Im wondering what other tea club(s) youd recommend?

If I switch, Im considering eot and if I add one, Im considering wuyi origin.

The only other tea club I know of is yunnan sourcing

Whats your favorite tea club? Why is it your favorite?

I recently bought some tea from ttc and Im wondering what tea-to-water ratio and water temperature (Im assuming boiling?) I should be using to grandpa brew their oolongs?

I reached out a couple of times, but they didnt respond.

How would you suggest grandpa brew dancongs and yanchas?

Id like to learn how to enjoy steaks and Im wondering which restaurant(s) youd recommend that have "cheap" steaks to start?

Ive tried fogo de chao and thought it was ok.

Edit: Appreciate might be a better word than enjoy.

Sorry for the oddly worded title

Ive been drinking mostly oolongs and puers and Id like to try other types of chinese teas? Which vendor(s) youd recommend for the other types of chinese teas?

Based on the vendors list, it seems like iteaworld is good for green teas and ort seems good for green, white, and yellow teas?

I did a quick search and found out that some black and white teas are made in fujian and yunnan. So, Im assuming yancha and puer vendors might also make good black and white teas?

I heard that indian black teas and japanese green teas dont work well gongfu style; is that true?

Edit: Actually, I havent tried anxi oolongs. Any recommemdations for them?
