I've been heavily looking into the Spanish and Community and Culture BA of UCLA, but there are no equivalent courses at SMC to fulfill the requirements which are SPAN42/SPAN44, SPAN25/ SPAN27, and SPAN M35. Is there any hope at all I could achieve this or do I look into something else entirely ? I'm also a non resident which make this more impossible

To keep it brief, we are 3 adult teenagers looking for an apartment close to SMC beginning around September. We have work history from a different state, so how would we go about renting an apartment ? What would the process be like for us ?
