Hi all! We just got an Optiq Luxury in blue, and it's fabulous. Although I have one question about the panel alignment on the interior where it meets the passenger door; it seems it's off by a couple of inches versus the driver's door. Does anyone have the same issue?

I'm at the point where I'm ready to port out but after paying for a year on Visible's Pro + plan I'm trying to get my watch to connect to Visible. Previously I was with Google Fi which had no problems pairing but for some unknown reason I've been unable to connect my watch to Visible's network. I've spent the better half of 5 days with their support team on the phone and chat which has been painful, and they've tried to remove the watch plan which does get me where I enter my username and password but the plan or eSim doesn't appear to download to my phone, and after subsequent reset's/unpairing/reconnecting and connecting to Visible's network where it fails to download the eSim, I'm getting to the stage where I'm thinking that Visible cannot help fix the problem. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to fix this? Or can I try and get a refund and go elsewhere? For Visible its related to 09614055
