Here is a video. There are also little white moving things in the water too, same shape as the long one in this video, just white instead. And the small black more circular shaped ones. Only noticed them today when refilling.

After a long time of feeling different to everyone else, I've finally started my journey to a possible diagnosis for AuDHD.
I'm quite nervous and was hoping people may be able to offer me some advice on what to expect in general and around the right to choose method.
How do I do right to choose?
How do I pick from the many places that offer assessments?
Are there any places to steer clear of? (Im in the UK)
How can I make this as smooth and quick (🤞) as possible?

No pests in sight - have checked thoroughly.
Also sprayed/treated for fungus multiple times.
