Hello !

My outlook account suffered an attack. The guy changed the password, added A2F, have generated new recovery codes and added an alias to the account. I've tried the recovery form proposed by Miccrosoft, but I just get an email explaning that the account is now permanently ban and can't be used anymore.
When I'm trying to enter the email somewhere to connect, Microsoft tell me that the account isn't available or is blocked.

Is there a way to access the address again or is it dead ? Is there a way to recover the mails ? As a UE resident, can I use the GDPR to get back, at least, the most important mails (bills, insurances, medical stuff, etc) ?

Ma maman s'est fait pirater sa boite mail qu'elle utilise depuis presque 20 ans. Microsoft comme seule réponse, a bloqué définitivement le compte, sans possibilité de recours, ni d'accès à la boite mail malgré mon acharnement désespéré. Il y a des données très importantes (bancaires, assurances, maladies, etc.) présentent et gérées par cette boite mail. Existe-t-il un moyen de récupérer les mails d'une façon quelconque, comme l'invocation du RGPD sous la forme d'une consultation ?
