Autopay bill glitch?
My May bill came out and it’s missing $25 of autopay discounts ($5 per line).
Bill is $280 instead of $255.
I called 611 who indicated there’s a known issue, they assured me that if I pay the full amount of $280, I’ll a $25 credit on next billing cycle. Thoughts?
I’m otp w them on hold trying to push for them to give me a $25 credit now. Anybody else experiencing this “bill glitch?”
