My May bill came out and it’s missing $25 of autopay discounts ($5 per line).
Bill is $280 instead of $255.
I called 611 who indicated there’s a known issue, they assured me that if I pay the full amount of $280, I’ll a $25 credit on next billing cycle. Thoughts?
I’m otp w them on hold trying to push for them to give me a $25 credit now. Anybody else experiencing this “bill glitch?”

Update from my last post, ended up removing an armless couch from the kitchen side. (The first photo is a bit misleading, taken in .5x).
Thoughts on this? New dimension are 135x92.
Open to any and all feedback. Moved the armless chair to one of the spare bedrooms for time being. Deciding if we want to just keep that as-is or return it for $350 back.
Recently moved into first home and we ordered a sectional. Measures 135x135, it was delivered today and takes up more space than I had imagined.
Does this look too big? This is a modular couch so pieces can be re arranged. Have 6 more days to return (albeit 15% re-stock fee. Can return individual sections of couch as well).
