Hello I currently have a 9800x3d with a Atmos 240 configured as exhaust, and a 5090 FE.

Would the proper configuration be Top and rear as exhaust and bottom as intake?

Would a normal size 140mm fit at the bottom as intake or should they be slims?

What is the best quietest fan that you would recommend?
