Cut this yellow birch the other day and it’s flowing sap off the cut stump. A few of these creatures were lapping up the sap

Found my cat staring at it in a corner by our front door. I picked it up with a small broom and it began to spit brown liquid around itself on my table cloth -__-

Seeing a bunch of these real tiny lil red fellas! I'm in Rome! Sorry he's not super clear :)

central PA, in my house, still alive but barely and i’m scared to touch it.

I had a mission to do so I couldn't take better pictures at the time. I am curious about this pale thing, though, and hope that if I come back to that spot, they would let me take a closer look.

Edit: I'm not sure how rough the geographical must be, but I realized I was supposed to add one. This bug was found in California.

Probably about 1CM wide. Found in a bathroom.

Just trying to find out who this guy is and any other details we might need to be aware of.

i’ve found it 3 separate times (1 per week maybe) and each time it’s only 1 i’ve seen. they are very small and slow moving (that’s my apple pencil next to it)

it has 6 legs and 2 antenna and when i tried to grab with paper to move it it sprung up in the air?? like it jumped but also maybe it’s super light because it was mostly just crawling.

there’s no stains anywhere on my bed (i have white sheets/comforter) and no other signs of more. i sleep next to a window and im in the the northeast of the US if that helps?

Hi! I live in north central Florida, and this bug was on my finger and it got me unfortunately. Really worried it may be a kissing bug? First photo is the top view, second photo in the underneath view.
