Why’s this line plugged with a bolt
This is my Audi a3 2011 1.8tfsi and I noticed that this line is plugged with a bolt I have no clue what the line goes to or what it’s for.

I got a 2011 Audi a3 1.8tfsi engine code cdaa and I’ve got a misfire on cylinder 2 I’ve swapped the coil plugs and even spark plugs to see if it moves they’d be faulty but it stays on cylinder 2 my next guess would be a fuel injector but I’m not sure could someone perhaps advise me thanks.
