I was shopping 2 instacart orders (57 items) at Target & nearly the whole time a young guy was following me around, I assumed he was loss prevention & didn’t sweat it. When I was grabbing & scanning my last items, my whole cart disappeared. My back was only turned for 30 seconds or less. I ran around the store searching, scanning everyone’s carts, panicking. I had 17% phone battery and was not about to shop that sh*t again. Eventually I gave up. I was holding back tears trying to contact instacart support. I get downstairs and there‘s my full cart less than 10 feet from the elevator doors. I genuinely believe it was the loss prevention kid who was following me around. Another customer would’ve noticed that wasn’t their cart before taking it downstairs and a regular employee wouldn’t have left it, they would’ve been putting the stuff back. I never saw the loss prevention guy again after I got the cart back. I could be wrong but I think he took it just to entertain himself, bored on the job or maybe he’s sick of instacart shoppers, idk. I was freaking livid.

Im a new dasher but I’ve noticed that on my bundled orders, the customer who gets their order last is always the one who tipped. I pick up their order first, then it sits in my car while I wait on the 2nd customers order which is never ready, then navigation always takes me to the 2nd customers address first, all while the first customer who tipped, watches me do everything except bring them their damn food. What if I skip to task and deliver the first customers order first? It’s not fair for the 2nd customer to get their order right away when they were only accepted because they were bundled with the first customer who was considerate enough to tip. Will I get deactivated if I start skipping to task to deliver to the first customer, as long as i dont have to pass the 2nd customer to get to them?

I only rent cars with sunroofs, preferably panoramic sunroofs. One thing I’ve never seen on Turo is a listing with photos of the sunroof. I shouldnt have to google “2019 Nissan murano sunroof photos” to see the what kind of sunroof your car has. If it has a panoramic sunroof, common sense should tell a host to showcase that in the listing. I was surprised to find panoramic sunroofs in a Nissan murano and newer Chrysler 300. I would've rented those cars much sooner had I known. How do hosts not know what to highlight on cars they’re renting? How do you not take a pic of that but you take a pic of the backseat floors? Someone please tell me why Turo hosts refuse to show the sunroof if they have one?
