How do you all know the evisa processors aren't actually working in the visa office taking bribes?

I'm not saying it's the case, but it seems strange that a random person (I see so many posts praising "Emily") can somehow process a visa within hours? How do you all know "Emily" (or whoever) doesn't just work in the evisa processing office and just processes the applications of the people who pay more quickly? Seems like a big side hustle opportunity to me.

I have the Acebeam H30 headlamp (https://www.acebeam.com/h30) that I take on backpacking trips and international travel trips. The battery lasts a long time but I would like to be able to charge it with a powerbank. So far, I have tried three different powerbanks, as well as the Anker Nano 45W Type C wall charger, and none of them are capable of charging this headlamp. It seems they all advertise how many watts they put out, and they typically focus solely on charging smartphones, but no mention of devices.

On a side note, none of the USB-C plugs in my car will charge the headlamp. I can only charge the headlamp at home from one specific USB port that plugs into the wall. I'd rather not take spare batteries as a solution, I want to be able to charge with the powerbank (how am I going to charge the batteries when in another country? unless I'm taking my Nitecore battery charger, but now I'm packing more stuff).

Any recommendations for a specific powerbank? preferably 10k or 20k mAh and USB-C only (or minimal USB-A; no micro). Or what I should look for in a powerbank?

Here are the links to the powerbanks I have tried to use that don't work, if you want to see the specs (no affiliate links):
