Been having more symptoms, so the doc is changing me from jakafi to ojjaar (I believe that's what it's called). I just wanted to know if anyone is on that med and how it is for you.
Thanks!! 💜

I'll always start with that first picture. Helps the OG's recognize it. 😁 I bought a font off of ravelry by pam somner, then used some free things I found off of Pinterest to design the pattern.I couldn't find a "Lisa Frank" vibe yarn that would stand out as much as I'd like, so I went with the next best thing... SPARKLES! Purple (my favorite color) and white with iridescent sparkles. It's more vibrant in person. Pics don't do it justice.
And a life update:
Even though I'm so excited about making this blanket, I'm still hoping to put off the transplant for a few years. The meds were working, now they aren't. I'm praying they find a medicine that keeps my symptoms away so I can be more present with my 2 and 4 year old. My 18 year old got tested to be a donor. So far, she's the closest match I have! She's so excited to help. And with our slightly off sense of humor, she's been using being my match as leverage. "I don't know if I'll be able to save your life....I need ice cream first" You have to laugh.
Thankful for my family, crochet, and this community!!💜💜💜
People who design mosaic patterns to sell, what are the rules? I found a heart I liked on Pinterest (with no designer noted, that I could find), I bought the pattern for the letters, I found something else I liked.... I took a lot of different things and made something for me. But could I sell that pattern? If I referenced the people who I could. But if you design your own, do you look to make sure no one else has already designed the same type of thing? I hope I'm making sense. I asked somewhere else and was met with a lot of hateful and judgemental comments. I don't feel like I'm stealing. You can find a lot of free things. I put a lot of time and effort into designing the blanket with random "parts". I just started crocheting in October, so I'm truly looking for guidance.
Thanks in advance.
