Secure boot enable and now pc wont turn on

Hey I decided to go to the bios and enable secure mode after that I got endless booting and after that I went back to bios to disable secure boot after which said missing winload.efi on a blue screen a now I have no idea what to do I’m stuck. It doesn’t matter whether secure boot is enabled or not just need the pc working
