1993 ford e350

The wires come out from my chassis harness and go underneath the bus and then the look around. Not attached to anything and not grounded out. What the heck is this?

Hello mechanics. Wiring question.

I am rebuilding my 1993 Ford E350 Cutaway school bus and a just finished ripping out a huge chunk of wiring for all the accessories I don’t need. Now I’m having trouble putting it back together. Of course lol. Can someone help guide me on how to find the right pins on my wiring harness? I have tried to look for diagrams but I can’t find any for the cutaway models.

I thought I would put my multimeter on each pin and test but so far I’ve only got one pin that’s got 12v. Have minimal electrical background so could just like to chat with someone.
