Why is it harder to see myself as a girl when looking at the mirror than when looking directly at myself

The tag might be weird because of the title,...

So today i lifted my shirt out of curiosity(I'm 6 months taking hrt on bad levels i think) and for the first time i saw my body as one that is quite feminine, i realized i now look a bit like a "chubby"(i have a bit of abdominal fat) girl with a small chest and it felt so good seeing that, but on the other hand it's harder to see that on the mirror, maybe it has to do with my face and the fact i still always boymode but I'm going to focus on the good side that it's I'm starting to look more like a girl(at least from my point of view)

I feel like I'm low on estrogen and my doctor says I'm fine

So I have been told that my levels are good, but i don't think they are, i have researched and if I'm correct good levels are around 200 pg/mL of estradiol and I'm at 74 on my last blood test, i don't know if what my doctor said it's true or not, also I'm taking 6 mg of estradiol valerate and 100 mg of spironolactone orally

So yesterday i went to the pharmacy to get my sixth month of hrt pills and got asked if I wanted to change the name on the receipt because i had to go take it the next day(i didn't do it though because i thought it would be confusing because i boymode and i don't think it's even noticeable apart from the fact that I'm growing my hair) and when i went today i got asked if i the name on the receipt was mine and got asked for my id(the person that today gave it to me wasn't the same as yesterday or the other months), it didn't happen before and i didn't need to give it the other months so I'm wondering what happened, what are your thoughts about it?

Edit:some changes because i think i wasn't clear enough
