Vijay has clearly demonstrated strong support from both Gen Z and 90s voters based on vote share. With leaders like M. K. Stalin and Edappadi K. Palaniswami already in their late 70s, neither of the major Dravidian parties seems to have a charismatic or youth attracting leader at the moment. Over the next five years, we can expect a significant increase in Gen Z voters possibly around 7 to 8 lakh new voters entering the system. Vijay appears to have the appeal to attract them.

Whether he fully implements his manifesto may not be the deciding factor, as no party has ever delivered 100% of its promises.

Do you think the 2031 election will be an easy victory for Vijay similar to 2026 secured 100+ seats Or could the Dravidian parties come up with new strategies to win over these young voters?

It’s happening again. Just as the results show a massive wave for Thalapathy, the desperation is setting in. Today’s news about DMK goons physically attacking TVK members is absolutely disgusting. This is precisely why the people of Tamil Nadu have turned towards TVK. We are tired of this "Goonda" culture and the fear of intimidation. People want to feel safe expressing their political opinions without being physically targeted or harassed
