I won't bore everyone with the details, but as title, I'm expecting (once my car lease company have done their bit😬) to receive a Notice of Prosecution Form from Hampshire Police. It's possible it'll arrive while we are way for three weeks on holiday, so in order to speed up the whole process (and not risk breaking the 28 day response window) I'd like to fill it in online (someone will be visiting our house every few days to water plants etc)
