What just came out of my sinuses? 25M

25 Male

Vaping
Scheurmanns disease
Otherwise healthy but chronic fatigue, migranes, facial pain.

I have had pressure and sinus type migrane for the past 4 months. I recently found out my posture is bad (chin tilted up) due to scheurmann’s disease, while having my four wisdom teeth taken out 4 days ago as they were impacted.

I went online and found a guide for relieving the sternocleinomastoid muscle. I did the stretch and immense nausea followed by my sinuses opening up completely!

My temples are no longer pounding, jaw is relaxing, and my migraine is gone.

I kept by chin in a correct posture position for a few hours and started getting lots of sneezing and mucous nasal discharge with tiny dried blood specks.

Then I suddenly felt like I really had something stuck at the back of my nose. I blew hard and this rubbery mucous string came out. This is the strongest almost fibrous thing I have ever seen.

It was like rubber. I had to actually try to separate it and it ripped.

What just happened? How long was this thing in my sinuses for?

I just went to an ENT and how the hell did he not see this. Explained all of the same symptoms.

Is it worth going to a doctor to see if there is some sort of issue going on?

4x Impacted Wisdom Tooth Removal Healing Process normal?

25 Male - It is hour 60 post op and pain is ramping up on my left side. Swelling is remaining.

They had to drill into my top left jaw to get the tooth out and apparently also some of my jaw bone.

On antibiotics, NSAIDS and OTC painkillers. Is this normal?

Getting bad headaches all day and feeling exhausted.

Weird thing is swelling is lower left not upper left where you would expect.

How much of an issue is this jaw bone removal going to be in terms of extra pain and recovery?

Figured out why my left side is so sore

Doctor mentioned they had to drill and cut out a piece of my jaw bone to get top left tooth.

Forgot to mention whatever this is.

This normal? Face swelling on that side is like 5x more than others.

All 4 impacted teeth removed

It has been roughly 32 hours since my wisdom teeth got removed. All four.

Dentist refused to do it in chair so had to go to a Maxofacial surgeon to get em removed. He had to drill into my jaw to get one and removed some bone in pic.

First day back was still numb and recovering from anaesthetic.

Woke up at 5am with extreme pain (meds taken at 9pm last night) and almost threw up.

Wife has been amazing and helping me through it.

Now its 8am day following surgery and my face is swollen and wounds are feeling like burning. On antibiotics + oral rinse.

Is it normal to feel this much pain? During the day it was alright but seemed to suddenly get worse last two hours.
