Found Under My Mower, What's This Little Fella? [Texas]

No rattle, black tongue, no hood. Was going to mow the back yard and found him under the mower - I'd say between 1-3 feet long. Coiled up a bit and licked at us, but no hissing. Let it be, kept an eye on it, and it slinked off while I was mowing. Uncle figured it was a coachwhip. Seems to match the head shape, but didn't see the pattern off of a few googles, so figured I'd ask here.

Grandmother's phone suddenly stopped putting out sound, so fell on me to try and help her fix it.

Anyways, airplane mode isn't on, DnD mode isn't on, turned bluetooth off to make sure it wasn't connecting to her hearing aid, fiddled with the volume controls to make sure everything was max, went into the settings to make sure things were set to 'sound and volume' and tried resetting her phone (which took a few minutes because why would you want your power button to be a power button - went and took care of that)

Friend suggested I try to use *#0#* to bring up the diagnostic menu - check to see if it's a hardware issue or something.. but that didn't work. It doesn't give me an error message, it just clears the code out before I even hit the dial button. Everything points towards turning Auto Block off.... but that isn't a setting anywhere. Tried searching for auto blocker, tried searching for auto, tried searching for blocker, and went through the various security and privacy settings. All signs point to 'it should be right there'... but it ain't.
