I purchased boAt Airdopes 311 Pro from Blinkit. The earbuds are unusable because they do not fit securely despite trying all supplied ear tips and testing with multiple users. The earbuds continuously fall out during normal use, making the product unfit for its intended purpose. Blinkit refused return/replacement support despite the issue being reported promptly.
