Customer used an address that doesn’t exist in my city. She didn’t respond to text. Tried to call. # is disconnected.
The first DD support agent told me to leave it wherever the gps takes me 😂😂. The area was a field and large factory.
After that call, DD called me. They connected me with the customer. Turns out she used the wrong city.
I had to call support again. Order cancelled.

My resume package is 6 pages. I always send it in as one pdf file. It’s a cover letter, 2 page resume, references, and a 2 page project portfolio that has 3 projects and photos.
Do you think it’s too long? Does sending references and project portfolio have any value? I thought it might help me stand out from other candidates.
