Hi guys, I'm new to programming and I use AI as a tutor to explain and break down things for me that I don't know or new to and also to teach me the how to think like a programmer. Like asking AI to simplify Spring Boot documentation or breaking down code. my question is: is what I'm doing correct? what should I be using instead? like for thinking in a logical way or solving coding problems? please I need help :)

I've been training since 10 months all cutting. I'm using Jeff Nippard programms started with fundamental hypertrophy program then now on pure bodybuilding. I recently started bulking 200 surplus. I'm hitting my protein intake every single day from the beginning 1.5g for each kg. To be honest, I'm not very satisfied with this transformation cause my bench press is lagging, my triceps are so tiny and my shape doesn't look that big shirtless.
