Lots of Clearence at Walmart right now for DC figs! Copped a Blackfire for $11.50 among many others. Regular past waves are marked $10, NFT are $11.50 and collector’s edition are $14. Super friends are also marked $8. Almost all my local Walmarts are the same , worth checking!

I’m 23 (Male) and have spent most of my working life transient and moving around. Most of my experience is in Customer Service, specifically Front Desk at hotels… I have worked as an Administrative Assistant at times for certain companies but feel like I can’t move forward. I’ve been in the same job for the last 2 years, haven’t received any raises let alone any recognition or support from the higher ups at my property. In the last two years I’ve had an excellent attendance record , calling out of work only 3 times in the 2 years I’ve worked at my property, and enduring heavy turn over while constantly training new hires that quit in a few months, but I’ve remained steadfast in my commitment to the job…. I make $16 in hour in Central Florida and have respectfully requested wage increases but no luck… For my manager to tell me the company really doesn’t do so…. I have to deal with coworkers constantly calling out and cover a lot of their work and I never get appreciated for it. They also seem to reward those that never show up to work than the ones that do. I have years of experience in hospitality and front desk work as well as administrative roles within offices, but feel like I’m stuck in this trap of making subpar pay and feel like my current job has no baseline structure and isn’t fulfilling at all…. Im hoping to end this trap of $16/hr and at least move up to a position that can pay at least $45-75k a year. I graduated during 2020 and was attending community college but dropped out due to mental issues and serious lack of motivation due to not having myself figured out career wise. Is there any way I can get out of this and get into a position with a better pay range that values my administrative and customer service skills…. Especially in Florida. Are there any good companies that hire entry level anymore? Has anyone gotten out of that cycle ? What can I do ?
